This is stage 2-3, the third level in the Migen's Shrine region.
Opening:

Add objective.
Golden Gem:
This is a tough one. At the "end" of the level, you will see an arrow made of gems; Slide jump and then air dash all the way over to a sinking block which will have another gem arrow. Quickly do that same jump again to next platform which will have another star gate and your well earned golden gem.
